We hiked, made espresso (seriously!!), found an arch, stared up at the massive red rock walls all day and saw incredible stars at night. It was epic.
Backpacking in Coyote Gulch is best done in the Spring or in the Fall and there are several trailheads that will take you there. This hike really showcases how incredible backpacking in southern Utah can be!
