Winner: “Heavenly” By Gary Fua

“I was on a hike to Cataract Falls, a seasonal waterfalls at the heart of Mount Tamalpais State Park, when I made a quick detour for a glimpse of Bolinas Ridge,” explains Fua. “Not expecting anything, I ascended to the top and enjoyed the nice weather as a slight breeze and warm sunshine pierced through my face. Suddenly, when I looked at the far-left side, I stumbled upon this view—layers of ridges as the fog thinning out with the astounding view of the San Francisco Skyline and Golden Gate Bridge in sight. I hurriedly went back to the car and got my photography gear to get this shot. Right place at the right time as they say.”
