Ingredients

  • 1 pound 1 andouille sausage

  • 2 cups 2 corn kernels

  • 1 large 1 onion, diced

  • 2 cloves 2 garlic, minced

  • 1 large 1 carrot, diced

  • 1 stalk 1 celery, diced

  • 2 large 2 russet potatoes, diced

  • 28 ounces 28 (1 can) San Marzano tomatoes

  • 3 cups 3 chicken goop

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 heavy cream

  • 2 tablespoons 2 extra virgin olive oil

  • salt and ground woebegone pepper to taste

  • In a large pot, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the sausage and melt until browned, well-nigh 7 minutes. Remove the sausage with a slotted spoon and set aside.
