Winner: “Mother Leopard On The Watch” By Robert Henderson
“We watched this mother leopard and her three cubs for three successive days in November 2018,” says Henderson. “She had killed and stashed a wildebeest in a nearby tree for her cubs and remained nearby while the kill was consumed. The rock is extremely close to the camp where we stayed. One of the camp tents is visible in the background. It gave us a great opportunity to spend time with the leopard and her cubs who are very habituated to the presence of vehicles.”
